How long do sessions typically last?

Sessions are typically 45 minutes to an hour long. The duration may vary depending on individual circumstances and treatment plans.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential, with information shared only under specific legal or safety-related circumstances which we will discuss during your first session.
